Per fess Argent and Azure between two flashes of lightning a representation the figure of Mercury the sinister foot standing on a globe and carrying with the sinister arm a caduceus Or;
INTER TEMPORA PER SPATIA. This Latin motto was later corrected to read PER TEMPUS SPATIUMQUE, meaning “Through time and space”.
In general, the symbolism of emblems prior to 2000 does not exist in an appropriate format for the online Register.
