Upon a sun in splendour Or with a quarter Gules overall two ragged staves in saltire counterchanged;
The ragged branches allude to the first part of the name Woodsworth. The sun and its flaming rays represent academic worth, and allude to the second part of the College’s name. The colour division echoes that of the shield.
